Aeroflow Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its fulfillment center to support the Mom & Baby, Maternity Compression, and Sleep divisions across the United States.

The role involves receiving, unloading, and processing shipments, picking and packing orders, restocking inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, able to lift 40 lbs, communicates clearly in English, and works well in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Restock inventory and rotate products to maintain stock levels.
• Place packaged items in the correct area.
• Keep aisles, storage locations, and work areas clean and safe.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Operate pallet jack if certified.
• Comply with warehouse safety rules and attendances.
• Performs other duties as assigned and stay compliant with laws and policies.

The Opportunity

Within Aeroflow, the Fulfillment Center team ships products for our Mom & Baby, Maternity Compression, and Sleep divisions across the country. Warehouse Associates play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for our fulfillment center. A Warehouse Associate is typically responsible for:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and deadlines.
• Assist in restocking inventory and rotating products to maintain proper stock levels and organization.
• Place packaged items in the correct area
• Keep warehouse aisles, storage locations, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Meet the established productivity and quality standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack (if certified)
• Comply with all warehouse safety rules and regulations
• Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

• Strong flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, workflows, and daily operational needs while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Ability to speak, read,and write in English clearly and effectively to communicate with team members, leadership, and external partners.

Desired Qualifications

• Previous pallet jack experience preferred or ability and willingness to learn
• Basic computer proficiency, with comfort using warehouse technology such as computers, scanners, and tablets, and the ability to adapt to technical updates or system changes.
