Eckart LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Noblesville, IN to perform fast-paced behind-the-scenes warehouse work, receive and ship orders, and maintain inventory. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and efficient space management.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification is a plus, and experience in related industries is beneficial. A pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive material and pick/ship orders accurately.

• Pull products from yard and warehouse as needed.
• Keep warehouse space organized and perform cleaning duties.
• Restock materials as required and perform general warehouse duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position may be required to perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned:

• Accurately receive material and/or pick and ship orders
• Ensure all paperwork completed properly and documents maintained for shipping purposes
• Organize product efficiently and maintain inventories
• Pull products from yard and warehouse as required
• Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties
• General warehouse duties and maintenance as needed
• Restock materials as and when required
• Other duties as required

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse experience desirable
• Knowledge of or previous experience in the Plumbing/Electrical industry an asset
• Current Forklift Certification desirable
• Experience using computer systems
