Job summary

First Onsite, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. You’ll inspect inbound shipments, manage inventory, and prepare outbound orders with accuracy and speed.

You’ll operate forklifts or pallet jacks, participate in cycle counts, and maintain safety and Lean 5S standards, contributing to the team’s efficiency and reliability. A high school diploma or GED and certification to operate powered equipment are required, with

Qualifications

• 2 years in warehouse operations and distribution.
• Certification in operating power-truck equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with equipment, consumables, and logistics management.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, including monthly consumables and annual asset counts.
• Fulfill outbound orders for branches, jobsites, and Area Wide Events (AWE).
• Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and equipment standards using Lean 5S practices.
• Manage readiness of large loss fleet trailers and laydown yards during AWEs.
• Address maintenance and operational issues of restoration equipment.
• Receive, inspect, track, and accurately store inbound inventory.
• Assemble, label, and ship orders efficiently to job locations.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and prepare receiving reports.
• Identify and resolve warehouse equipment, inventory, or organizational issues.

Job description

A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll start your day by reviewing incoming shipments, inventory needs, and priorities for the warehouse. You'll receive, unload, inspect, and properly store materials and equipment, making sure everything is organized and easy to locate when it's needed. You'll also help prepare orders for shipment by accurately picking, packing, and staging items while keeping a close eye on details.

Throughout the day, you'll work as part of a team to keep materials moving efficiently throughout the warehouse. You may operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to safely move and position items, assist with inventory management, and help ensure orders are accurate and ready to go. You'll also pitch in with general warehouse duties, keeping work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shipment or project.

You'll take pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse that supports the teams who rely on these materials every day. Your attention to detail, physical stamina, and willingness to work as part of a team will help ensure the right materials are available when they're needed.
