Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will operate a stand-up forklift, manage pallets, and use RF devices to process orders.

Role requires 3–5 years warehouse experience, being 18+, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Expect a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a starting pay range of $15.67–$23.50 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid state issued license is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe; adhere to PPE rules.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Position Details:

• Location: Onsite in Myrtle Beach, SC
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $19.58 per hour, with potential for an increase based on experience

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• Maybe responsible forproviding driver duties and responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range:

$15.67 - $23.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
