Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. in Mount Comfort, IN, seeks a Turret Truck Operator for 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am) to join our warehouse team.

You will safely operate turret trucks to move, store, and retrieve products in a high-density storage area with a focus on accuracy and safety. Requirements include prior turret truck experience, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of turret truck operation experience.
• Forklift certification preferred or must pass certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a temperature-varied warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate turret trucks to move, store, and retrieve products within the warehouse.
• Safely maneuver materials in narrow aisles and high-reach storage areas.
• Load and unload inventory while ensuring proper handling and placement of goods.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including order picking and packing.

We have an immediate need for a skilled and safety-conscious Turret Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating a turret truck to transport, stack, and retrieve materials in a high-density storage environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience operating turret trucks, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate turret trucks to move, store, and retrieve products within the warehouse.
• Safely maneuver materials in narrow aisles and high-reach storage areas.

• Previous experience operating a turret truck or similar material handling equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working at heights and in narrow warehouse aisles.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Forklift drivers must be able to pass forklift certification training.

Physical movements including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily work routine. Will be working on concrete in a warehouse environment (subject to heat and cold).

Forklift operators must be able to operate a variety of equipment: stand sit down and turret truck.

Work is performed in a warehouse environment subject to temperature variances.
