Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Morrisville, NC area to support loading, unloading, and staging furniture. You will help create a safe, efficient warehouse flow and assist customers through the purchasing lifecycle.

Responsibilities include operating order pickers, pallet jacks, and scanners, with training provided. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a customer‑focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment such as order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment at heights of 30–40 feet.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or inventory scanner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trailers and prepare furniture for assembly.
• Assist customers by contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Support the lifecycle of customer purchases from entry to delivery.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

What we need from you:

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
