Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Montgomery, NY to perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking and other site duties. This role is on-site with a fast-paced environment and requires physical work.

Earn weekly pay ($760–$1,000 per week) with training provided; company emphasizes growth and internal promotion; benefits begin after 60 days and opportunities to join travel teams across sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary in weight.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and duties as assigned by site leadership.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
