Job summary

STAR is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Minneapolis to join a collaborative, detail-minded team. You will prepare exhibits, graphics, and products for shipment following blueprints and work orders, maintain inventory in our software, and ensure secure, accurate handling of items from loading to check-in.

Expect travel to trade shows and client locations as needed. The role emphasizes forklift operation, computer use, and strong written communication, with a positive, can-do attitude

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of exhibits, events, or retail properties for shipment according to blueprints and work orders
• Maintain inventory using our proprietary program management software
• Ensure properties and supplies are secured and shipped per blueprints and pick lists
• Lead or assist in check-in of client properties, graphics, and products
• Assist with set-up and dismantle of properties as needed
• Load/unload trucks of properties, graphics and products
• Occasional travel to trade shows and client locations

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the preparation of exhibit, event, or retail properties, graphics, and product for shipment according to blueprints, manifests, work orders and special instructions
• Maintain accurate property, graphic, and product inventory using our proprietary program management software
• Ensure that all properties and supplies are secured and shipped according to blueprints, manifests and pick lists to support a flawless set-up
• Lead or assist in accurate and timely check-in of client properties, graphics, and products
• Assist with set-up and dismantle of properties as needed
• Load / unload trucks of properties, graphics and product
• Occasional travel to trade shows, events and client locations is required

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in trade show and/or retail fixtures
• Ability to interpret and follow technical drawing instructions
• Shipping/receiving experience
• Ability and experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficient in using a computer and sending email
• Good follow-up skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• A positive, can-do attitude
