Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift (10am-6pm). You will handle domestic and international shipments and assist with order fulfillment.

You will prepare export documents, maintain shipping records, and collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure accurate inventory and on-time delivery while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with receiving orders and picking parts to finish assembly.
• Basic ability to assemble parts and prepare materials for shipping.

• Process domestic and international shipments including small parcel and pallet freight.
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and required compliance documents.

• Process freight documentation and maintain auditable shipping records.
• Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (IATA, IMDG, DOT/49 CFR).
• Communicate with freight forwarders and customers to coordinate transportation bookings.
• Manage inventory levels and warehouse stock accuracy.
• Respond to customer service requests and shipment inquiries.
• Support warehouse operations including material handling and order fulfillment.
• Maintain productivity standards while following safety and quality procedures.
