Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a nationwide logistics company at our Miami, FL location. The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts, temporary to hire, with pay between $18 and $19 per hour.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating material handling equipment, order fulfillment, scanning, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Experience in warehousing and forklift operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials following safety procedures.
• Operate hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, and pallet jacks to move products.
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, kitting, sorting, and counting for orders.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials within warehouse, distribution, and storage facilities while following established safety procedures.
• Operate hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products and materials efficiently.
• Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, sorting, and counting products to support order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times in accordance with company standards.
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory and process transactions.
• Work safely and responsibly to protect yourself, your team members, and company assets while adhering to all workplace safety policies and procedures.

Desired Background/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
