Job summary

Join our warehouse team at Bosch Home Comfort Group and become the backbone of branch operations as a Warehouse Associate. You will safely pick and load products for customers, third-party carriers, and company vehicles, delivering reliable service with attention to detail.

You will interact with customers face-to-face and via phone or email, aiming to exceed expectations while building strong relationships. This fast-paced role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient warehouse management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience including forklift operations.
• High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Computers using Windows and Microsoft Office software is a plus.
• HVAC industry experience preferred including warehouse and forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and courteously with customers through face-to-face conversations, phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations by providing quality products and services.
• Build positive customer relationships that contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities with precision, ensuring products are handled and stored properly.
• Pick orders accurately while maintaining first-in, first-out (FIFO) compliance.
• Inspect returned products for damage, verify packing slips for accuracy, and secure items for safe return.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in full compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Contribute ideas for improving our processes and procedures.
• Support inventory management initiatives to keep our warehouse organized and efficient.
• Actively participate in our commitment to eliminate all incidents, accidents, injuries, and harm in the workplace.
• Wear and maintain your personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently and encourage teammates to do the same.
• Complete all assigned safety trainings and certifications.
• Conduct proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections on material handling equipment.
• Ensure all licenses and certifications remain current and valid.
• Operate equipment at safe speeds and in accordance with all guidelines.
• Collaborate with branch managers and counter sales associates to support their daily activities.
• Pitch in on other duties as needed to ensure our branch's success.
• Work as a reliable team member in our fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• All other duties as assigned

Join our warehouse team and make a real difference!
