Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our Woodridge, IL site on 1st shift, with a start time of 6:00am from Monday to Friday. You will perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and housekeeping.

This role is physical and requires lifting 25-75 lbs; prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Employees receive weekly pay and benefits after 60 days, with opportunities for career growth

• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods as assigned.
• Selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking and sorting tasks.
• Palletizing and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow directions from site leadership and cooperate with team members.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
