Staffmark in Maple Lake, MN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling, with a pay rate of $17.00–$21.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday 7 AM–3 PM schedule.

Education requires a high school diploma or GED; additional technical training or forklift certification is a plus. Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, be detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, with good communication

Warehouse Associate Job Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment, forklifts, power tools, and specialized instruments used in daily operations.

Warehouse Associate Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery safely.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and work in various positions as needed.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
• Ability to work in confined spaces or areas requiring maneuvering around equipment and materials.
