mSupply is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Manchester, NH to perform warehouse functions including inbound/outbound freight handling, shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and pulling products for customers and branches. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient material movement across the network.

You will pick, pack, and distribute orders, maintain inventory accuracy, operate forklifts, and keep work areas clean and safe while complying with SOPs and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehousing or related experience.
• Strong mathematical operations and numerical analysis ability.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing warehouse related functions of handling merchandise and product incoming or outgoing including shipping, receiving, transferring, stocking, picking, and pulling product for customers, vendors, and branch locations as required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs inbound/ outbound freight handling, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick, pack, and distribute sales orders and transfers; maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Operate warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely while adhering to SOPs and PPE requirements.
• Load, unload, move and stock materials efficiently; ensure products are secured and documented with proper bills of lading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; proactively identify and report hazards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions
• Strong aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This position requires approximately 40–43 hours per week and involves routine physical activity, including:

• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs. (up to 100 lbs. occasionally), and pushing/pulling loads up to 300 lbs.
• Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily)
• Regular bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and sustained use of hands, arms, and feet
• Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift
