Job summary

Madhappy is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations including order fulfillment and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics and familiarity with ecommerce systems. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.

A benefits package is available upon hire, with hourly compensation ranging from $18.50 to $24 based on experience.

Madhappy is a Los Angeles-based clothing brand made for a community of optimists, born in 2017. About the job

We are looking to hire a full‑time Warehouse Associate for Madhappy.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and returns processing. This role will be working within our Operations team and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

You must be based in or willing to move to Los Angeles to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support DTC ecommerce fulfillment and retail store transfer orders
• Assist with inbound receiving, putaway, and inventory replenishment
• Verify transfer orders and bulk shipments for accuracy
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Assist with seasonal volume increases, launches, and sale events
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and quality control standards
• Pick, pack, and ship e‑commerce, wholesale, retail, and internal orders accurately and efficiently
• Process customer returns, inspect merchandise, and restock inventory when appropriate
• Organize, label, and maintain inventory within warehouse locations
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Support transfers between warehouse locations, retail stores, and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

About you

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations experience preferred
• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify, ShipHero, ShipStation, or similar systems preferred
• Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods environments is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons and major launches
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
