Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Livonia, MI to safely pull and prepare outbound customer orders and manage stock in a fast-paced facility.

You will operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks and overhead cranes to support order fulfillment. Qualifications include 0–3 years warehouse experience, forklift experience, high attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (90 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

Pay Range

• - Pay Range: - $18.28 - $27.42
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
