Job summary

WAC Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Order Packer in Lithia Springs, GA. You will be part of the Shipping Team, responsible for accurate packing, picking, and shipping while maintaining inventory and a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner at work.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Forklift, Cherry Picker, and/or Power Jack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack, pick, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow special shipping instructions and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Palletize, wrap, and prepare outgoing shipments according to procedures.
• Trace shipments and assist with delivery-related inquiries.
• Ensure all daily orders are processed and shipped on schedule.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
• Restock picking locations to maintain inventory availability.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.

What You'll Do - Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pack, pick, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow special shipping instructions and ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Palletize, wrap, and prepare outgoing shipments according to established procedures
• Trace shipments and assist with delivery-related inquiries when necessary
• Ensure all daily orders are processed and shipped on schedule

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Prepare the warehouse for incoming air and ocean shipments
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and other documentation
• Restock primary picking locations to maintain inventory availability
• Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with year-end physical inventory activities
