Job summary

Vertiv in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Planner to process work orders, pull inventory, and support production with chassis and brackets.

You will follow FIFO, rotate stock, and collaborate with receiving, purchasing, and accounting to resolve discrepancies. Strong planning, organization, and communication are essential.

High school diploma required; 1–5 years in material planning or warehouse management preferred; forklift experience is a plus or can be trained.

• Organize metal items upon receipt.
• Coordinate with receiving, purchasing, and accounting to resolve receipt discrepancies.
• Move stock in the IQMS system daily.
• Maintain an organized warehouse.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with various computer systems.
• Must have demonstrated good planning, organizational skills and the ability to work logically and systematically with good time management
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workload and manage incoming requests from various sources.
• Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must be able to and like to work independently.
• Must be able to solve problems creatively
• Fork lift experience is preferred but not required and training would be provided on the job.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of material planning or warehouse management preferred
