Denver Mattress Company is seeking Warehouse Associates to support receiving, stocking, and preparing products for customers in our Lincoln, NE locations.

You will work with a collaborative team to ensure efficient store operations, safe handling of merchandise, and excellent customer service. The company promotes growth and offers paid training with opportunities across nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
• Forklift experience is a plus and training is provided.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
• Prepare customer purchases for pickup and delivery.
• Assist customers during pickups with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with sales associates and store leadership to support daily operations.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company safety and quality standards at all times.
