Job summary

AutoZone is seeking Warehouse Associates for our distribution centers to support order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. Training is provided, and no experience is required.

You will collaborate with teammates, communicate clearly, and perform tasks such as receiving, stocking, pulling, packing, and shipping orders while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience operating Power Industrial Equipment (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a team to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to streamline processes.
• Receive and inspect orders to verify shipments for quality and compliance.
• Pull and pack inventory to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.
• Stock and replenish products to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate outbound shipping to support retail distribution and logistics.
• Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate PIE safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and follow safety protocols.

• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, following safety-sensitive protocols.

You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• PIE Operation: Prior experience operating Power Industrial Equipment like forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks and stackers.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• High Volume: Prior warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.
