Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support fast-paced order fulfillment in our distribution environment. You will pick, pack, and ship parts, using an RF scanner to ensure accuracy, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and clear communication in English, with opportunities to grow across different warehouse tasks and shifts. This role is on-site and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a reliable, enthusiastic team player with good communication in English.
• Comfortable using RF handheld scanners and smartphones for order picking and packing.

The Job at a Glance

As a warehouse associate, you will work within our fast- paced distribution environment. We have a variety of positions available at our warehouses, so you may start off in one area and then move on to another task depending on what needs to get done. Our goal in the warehouse is to pick, pack and ship the right parts fast for our valued customers - which is our reason for existing. You are critical to our success, making you a company VIP.

A Typical Day

• Pick, pack, put away, receive, and load our parts while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
• Work with our Warehouse team to complete daily orders, and your performance will be measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts you process daily.

In addition to base pay, some roles offer a production bonus depending on the role.
