Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Lebanon, TN. The shift starts at 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and weekly pay.

The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, freight handling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general site housekeeping. The ideal candidate is energetic, capable of lifting 25-75 lbs, and may have prior warehouse experience; training is available for the right person.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials
• Select and palletize goods
• Audit and sort items
• Repack and clean up work areas
• Support site leadership with duties as assigned

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
