Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will pick, stock, and prepare orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while upholding company standards.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule Monday–Friday, competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our family-owned maintenance supply business with 29 branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, and bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps.

Responsibilities

• Select products from warehouse stocking locations to fill pick ticket orders.
• Maintain company standards for accuracy and promptness in pulling the proper items in the proper quantity.
• Accurately record pulled quantities and product serial numbers on pick ticket documents or in related computer programs.
• Package and prepare pulled orders as directed by management, including labeling of packages for customer name.
• Assist in staging and loading pulled orders into delivery vehicles.
• Assist in unloading product from receiving containers as needed.
• Assist in product stocking and additional warehouse projects as needed.
