Job summary

Premium Distributors of MI is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, pack, wrap, and prep orders for loading in our Michigan facility. Shift runs Monday-Thursday, 11:00am–9:30pm with 4 x 10s. Pay is $22.30 per hour, with weekly pay and union-based benefits.

Responsibilities include accurately selecting orders, receiving inbound products, stocking inventory, and performing pre-shift equipment checks. Candidates must lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs with standard safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately pick customer orders and assemble loads per tickets; wrap and label for loading.
• Receive inbound products, replenish inventory.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse by sanitizing and clearing debris; stack pallets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
