Job summary

Wesco in Arkansas is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations. The role includes basic wire cutting, light assembly, and ongoing maintenance of work areas.

You will help process inbound shipments, relocate materials as needed, and assist with packing lists and loading outbound trucks. Training is provided as part of onboarding with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required/ entry level.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

• Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
• Relocate and consolidate material
• Prepare and assemble packing lists
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent preferred
