Job summary

MRC Global in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain stocked inventory by pulling materials from bins, loading trucks, and entering data into the inventory system. You will follow safety guidelines and ensure accurate labeling.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 25–50 pounds, and proficient reading and basic math. You will operate forklift and other equipment, prepare shipments, and help maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to learn warehouse operations and safety regulations.
• Typing and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn MRC Global processes.
• Able to read and speak English proficiently for safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and equipment from vendor trucks.
• Inspect material for quality and fit for stock.
• Stock and transfer materials to shelves, bins, or racks.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and package orders.
• Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfers.
• Load onto trucks or transfer to packing area using forklift/overhead crane.
• Prepare documentation for shipments (UPS, LTL, SH, Air Shipments).
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety policies.
