Capstone Logistics in Knoxville, TN is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 1st shift (5:00 AM to finish) Monday-Friday. You'll perform a range of duties from loading and unloading to order selection and palletizing.

This role rewards hard work with weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, training, and opportunities for advancement within Capstone's growing logistics network.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely at a fast pace.
• Select orders and palletize for shipment.
• Audit materials and maintain clean work area.
• Follow site leadership and safety guidelines.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
