Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of warehouse duties on a Monday-Thursday schedule starting at 6:00 PM. You will load/unload, pick, audit, and palletize, while maintaining clean work areas and following safety practices.

Training is provided for qualified candidates with a strong work ethic. The role offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for advancement within a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods efficiently.
• Select and organize items for shipping.
• Haul freight safely and accurately.
• Audit inventory and verify counts.
• Repack and palletize items as needed.
• Sort and clean work areas; maintain housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements
