Job summary

OnTrac in Kearny, NJ is seeking a Package Handler to join our fast-growing team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries, supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.

You must be able to stay on your feet and handle seasonal temperature changes. The role offers $20.00 per hour, Friday through Monday night shifts from 12:15 AM to 6:15 AM or End of Sort, with benefits including a 401(k) with company match, paid sick leave, and a referral bonus up

Employment Logistics:

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

Hours:

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
