Capstone Logistics in Joplin, MO, is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and site housekeeping.

We seek a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the role is fast-paced and physical, requiring lifting 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select orders, and palletize items.
• Audit and repack shipments; sort and clean up work areas.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical


• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary


• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
