Job description

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all customer orders filled. The right candidate will operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, barcode scanner, and wrapper machine to build and send appropriate orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for the organization and inventory accuracy for the warehouse.
• Pulling orders, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and loading trucks.
• Filling in for delivery drivers occasionally.
• Unloading palletized and loose filters from inbound vendors and putting stock away.
• Fabrication of custom filters and filter pads, including comfortable use of a band saw.
• Using Camfil’s MRP system to adjust inventory and manage shipping and receiving.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Availability for daily/weekly overtime.
• Cross‑training in other positions within the facility based on business needs.
• Completing special projects and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of stable work history.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer skills are a plus.
• Reliability is a must.
• Comfortable use of a band saw.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously throughout the day.
• Must be able to use both hands in repetitive motion.

Criminal background check and drug screen required upon hire.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments and may be required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Ability to access and navigate all departments of the facility is required.
