Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse/Retail Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload inbound parts/material from vendors
• Check packing lists against orders and verify accuracy; document damaged or missing parts/material
• Maintain inventory in appropriate/designated warehouse areas
• Pick parts and materials for construction and service teams, as well as affiliated subcontractors
• Perform cycle counts and notify manager of reorders as necessary
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean and orderly warehouse and yard where access to inventory can be made with ease
• Occasional delivery of parts/materials to job sites
• Sales to customers of chemicals and parts in our retail/water lab
• Refresh the retail area and regularly manage product presentation
• Occasional phone answering

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
