Job summary

Central Aluminum Supply, part of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to load/unload materials, support inventory, and keep the warehouse clean and safe. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, count stock, and follow safety protocols daily.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, and clear communication. Forklift certification is a plus, with opportunities for growth within IBP’s supportive team environment.

Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00 an hour depending on experience.

Central Aluminum Supply is seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Worker to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist in inventory tracking and counting processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of a warehouse worker include lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching frequently. The worker must be able to perform tasks that involve climbing ladders or stairs, as well as operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong manual dexterity is required for handling equipment and performing detailed tasks. Workers must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
