Capstone is a North American supply chain partner seeking Warehouse Associates in Indianapolis to load and unload by hand or with equipment. Earn over $800 weekly, with first & second shifts Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. A high-energy, strong-work-ethic candidate is needed for a fast-paced, physical role.

Pay is by the truck; higher output boosts earnings. Training is provided. Must be 18+, pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25-75 lbs).
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Our Warehouse Associates load and unload both by hand and with equipment. Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn!

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
