Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in the Houston operation. The role involves picking orders, building pallets, and loading/unloading trucks with equipment like cherry pickers and RF scanners.

You'll maintain inventory accuracy and assist with shipping/receiving to ensure timely customer order fulfillment. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with potential Saturdays during peak season.

Maersk is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Houston operation!

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm; ability to work Saturdays during peak season as needed.

Duties

• Perform various warehouse duties such as order picking, building pallets, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Utilize equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently move and stock inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper storage and organization.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including inspecting incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Skills

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately pick and pack orders.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay Range

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
