Job summary

Garden & Valley Isle Seafood on Oahu is seeking a reliable individual for a fish wrapping position. You will wrap and label fish orders, ensure accurate weights, and keep the work area clean while assisting with basic seafood prep. Training is provided, and prior seafood experience is a plus.

The role supports inventory control and sanitation protocols in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Able to lift 30-70 pounds.
• Experience with seafood or grocery a plus.
• Light computer skills a plus.
• Paid training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Wrap and package fresh seafood according to customer standards.
• Weigh and label products accurately.
• Scan tags into our computer system for inventory control.
• Replenish product as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized work area.
• Follow all HACCP, safety and food handling guidelines.
• Support the team with basic prep tasks as needed.
