Job summary

Westaff is seeking Warehouse Associates for 1st and 2nd shifts in Chicopee, MA. The role involves handling materials, ensuring accurate inventory, and preparing shipments.

You will operate pallet jacks, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand for the full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Move incoming and outgoing materials using pallet jacks or by hand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by sorting, labeling, and shelving products.
• Prepare products for shipment, including boxing, wrapping, and palletizing.
• Transport goods throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals.

Westaff is Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates in Chicopee, MA!

Pay Rate: $15.25 an hour

1st shift: Sunday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:30PM

2nd shift: Sunday -Friday, 2:30PM - 11:00PM

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Move incoming and outgoing materials safely using pallet jacks or by hand
• Maintain inventory accuracy by sorting, labeling, and shelving products
