Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Hebron, KY to perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, picking, auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing. The role emphasizes a high-energy, fast-paced environment with physical requirements and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding work.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary in weight and size.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments, select items, and palletize goods.
• Perform auditing, repacking, sorting, and general housekeeping as assigned.
• Support site leadership with duties to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
