Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates in Hebron, KY for full-time, seasonal, and temporary opportunities. You will unload and receive freight, load and move products, and prepare orders in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Dependable team member with strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout shift.
• Warehouse experience a plus, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive freight.
• Load and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Label, sort, and organize merchandise.
• Stock and replenish products.
• Select and prepare orders.
• Auditing products and shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties as directed by site leadership.

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates in Hebron, KY for full-time, seasonal, and temporary opportunities.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Associates help keep freight moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Depending on the needs of the operation, your responsibilities may include:

• Unloading and receiving freight
• Loading and moving products throughout the warehouse
• Labeling, sorting, and organizing merchandise
• Stocking and replenishing products
• Selecting and preparing orders
• Repacking and palletizing freight
• Auditing products and shipments for accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Performing other warehouse duties as directed by site leadership

Every day can look a little different.

You’ll work as part of a team to keep freight moving and help the operation meet its goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable team members with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Warehouse or equipment experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidates
• A safety‑focused mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
