Job summary

Staffmark in Hammond, LA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help move products through picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory handling. You will support daily warehouse operations with accuracy and safety in mind.

The role requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, attention to detail, dependable attendance, and teamwork. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–2 PM or close, with a pay rate of $15.50+ per hour and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
• Verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Support warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products safely and efficiently.
• Help ensure products move accurately through the supply chain with reliability and efficiency.

• Able to work in all weather conditions.
