Job Description and requirements

• Daily tasks include processing incoming shipments, product put-away, picking and packing orders
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to fulfill daily warehouse operations.
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for fulfillment, and inventory re‑stock.
• Ability to perform warehouse maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean.
• Cutting the grass, spraying the weeds, keeping outside property clean on an as‑needed basis
• Ability to safely lift weight from 30 to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and predictable attendance necessary for adequate scheduling and coverage
• No open‑toe shoes or shorts.
• We provide gloves and masks as needed

Sample of production that occurs is below:

You will unfold a flat box into a box, put a pot in it, place bulb in pot, closes box and puts on rack, there will be other warehouse work assigned as needed.
