Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner with 650+ locations, 19,000 associates, and 60,000 carriers. We seek a capable Warehouse Associate to load/unload goods, work with equipment, and contribute to efficient site operations.

Applicants should be 18+, ready for a pre-employment drug test and background check. The role is fast-paced, physically demanding, and compensated by production metrics across Capstone's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; physical and fast-paced work.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments by hand or with equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Be paid by the truck and earn more with higher output.
• Participate in paid training and safety programs.

Our Warehouse Associates load and unload both by hand and with equipment. Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn!

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
