Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Greencastle, PA. The role involves performing a variety of warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment, including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and preparing items for shipment.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physically demanding work.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; vary materials.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and freight.
• Select, sort, palletize, and package items.
• Audit, repack, and prepare goods for shipment.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow site leadership directions.

Pay: $700-$1,000 / Weekly

6:00am or 7:30am -Finish | 2:45pm or 4:15pm -Finish Schedule set at time of hire

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
