The Kendall Group, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support materials management and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a DOT medical exam, and willingness to learn forklift operation and warehouse procedures. You will pick, pack, count inventory, and assist with loading and unloading trucks while contributing to safe, efficient order fulfillment.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate supports the materials management function of the logistics department and indirectly supports the overall sales function.
Work Experience: Entry Level.
Ability to use standard office equipment, including but not limited to computerized bar code scanner, printer, and standard warehouse equipment, tools, machines, and vehicles; basic math and reasoning skills.
Excellent work ethic, good verbal, and communication skills; ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Warehouse Manager.
Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; know when to request assistance when appropriate, especially when lifting heavy objects.
The physical demands include lifting/moving up to 50lbs, standing/walking/lifting, pulling, and pushing during the entire shift, and climbing stairs/step ladders up to 16 steps. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disability.
Certification in the operation of a forklift truck is not necessary but would be considered a plus.
