Job summary

Virginia Tile Company in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to help ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will join a collaborative team and contribute to safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, familiarity with hi-lo/forklift equipment, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound freight; report any damage
• Use barcode scanners to verify and track shipments
• Sort, count, package, and prepare materials for shipment
• Operate industrial-powered lift equipment (hi-lo)
• Conduct and assist with inventory counts
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with team support
• Wrap and balance pallets per shipping requirements
• Restock inventory per warehouse guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Key Responsibilities:
