Job summary

Sundek Decorative Concrete Coatings is seeking a Warehouse Technician to handle material flow, shipping/receiving, and light manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will work Mon-Fri 7:30am–4:00pm with occasional Saturday, lift 50+ lbs, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and uphold OSHA safety standards while supporting production and inventory accuracy.

Teamwork and ability to work independently are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motions.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Dispense liquid product from totes into pails following safety and quality procedures.
• Pull, stage, pack, wrap, and palletize customer orders.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive materials and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, docks, exterior areas, and workstations.
• Assist production and warehouse teams with general labor tasks.
• Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and material organization.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or safety concerns immediately.
• Perform miscellaneous warehouse and facility duties as assigned.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for learning and performing all tasks related to the material handling, shipping & receiving, light manufacturing, safety and cleanliness of all work areas. He/she must work closely with the Shipping & Manufacturing Team to ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
