Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center team. You will operate MHE and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders and receive replenishments accurately.

Responsibilities include unloading, picking, staging, and loading, while maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced environment. Prior DC experience and forklift certification are preferred, with an emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

Forklift certification is preferred.
Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
Safety-minded approach to work is required.
Prior distribution center experience is preferred.
Experience with material handling equipment is preferred.
Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and occasionally more.

Responsibilities

Operate MHE safely and efficiently.
Develop product knowledge for accurate fulfillment.
Unload and put away product using RF scanners.
Inspect inbound shipments for overs/shorts.
Pick and stage products for orders.
Load trucks and maintain warehouse organization.
Assist in optimizing operations and customer service.
Participate in cycle counts and inventory as required.
Maintain a clean work area and follow OSHA rules.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervision.

Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and efficient and accurate receipt of delivery of replenishment product.

Job Responsibilities

Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology
Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages)
Pick and stage product
Load truck(s)
Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required
Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations
Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager
Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
Other duties as assigned or requested

Experience with RF scanners preferred
Safety 1st Mentality
Prior distribution center experience preferred
Prior material handling equipment experience preferred
Must be 18 years or older
Valid drivers license
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
