Job summary

Bisco Industries, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control in a fast-paced facility.

You will perform cycle counting, forklift operations (a plus), and document processing for outbound and inbound shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy. We offer a competitive hourly wage with bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and opportunities for growth through internal promotion.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Strong computer literacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

Kitting projects and shelf assembly as needed
Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently
Maintaining clean and debris free workstations
Various warehouse responsibilities as assigned

You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
Shipping & receiving – on a frequent basis
Must be able to stand 8-9 hours a day
1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving is preferred
Proficient in order fulfillment processes
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy
Sense of urgency and accountability
Excellent work ethic with a sense of pride in the work you produce
Desire to get the job done right the first time
