TRG is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Gilbert, AL. The role involves moving stock and materials, supporting shipping/receiving, sorting cargo, tagging containers, recording unit counts, and maintaining storage areas. You will also pack and re-pack containers and transport tools as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalency) and at least two years of practical experience, with basic proficiency in Windows and MS Office, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

The Warehouse Associate manually moves stock and other materials as well as performs general labor as needed related to the operations of the Warehouse.

Education/ Experience: High school diploma (or equivalency) plus at least 2 years of practical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Move stock or other materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks and delivery vehicles by hand trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Support all shipping / receiving needs.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected.
• Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.
• Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use.

Detailed Work Activities:

• Clean facilities or work areas.
• Schedule pickup / shipment with various carriers.
• Load shipments, belongings, or materials.
• Mark materials or objects for identification.
• Monitor cargo area conditions.
• Move materials, equipment, or supplies.

Qualifications:
