Job summary

Morris & Associates is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing inventory, and pulling parts for shop work orders. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of warehouse experience, forklift proficiency, and strong teamwork skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a US-based facility. OT may be required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior forklift experience – minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience handling large item inventory with forklift – minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shop work orders and shipping orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular cycle counts.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
  • Ensure warehouse yard and inventory (large items) are properly and accurately stored.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving and storing inventory, pulling parts for shop work orders, maintaining accurate records, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shop work orders and shipping orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular cycle counts
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
  • Ensure warehouse yard and inventory (large items) are properly and accurately stored (primary).

Working Conditions
